The Fort Collins Business Network meets promptly every Thursday Morning at The Cottonwood Club located at 6319 S. College Ave. The meeting begins at 7:00am and ends at 8:30am. Breakfast is included.

TRAC uses a Community Land Trust to make both land and property perpetually affordable. A 99 year renewable ground lease separates the land and the building allowing the land to be held permanently - never sold - so that it can be used in the community's best interest.
